 Catalogues and our website are provided only for the viewing of buyers.  In addition, we monitor the stores within a zip code.

 
Minimum Order

 Opening order $150.00. Reorder $100.00. Orders under minimum may be subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Per piece minimums apply throughout the line of merchandise.

 
Terms

Credit Card: Pilgrim Imports, Inc. accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

C.O.D.: Pilgrim Imports, Inc. accepts company checks and will provide your company a courtesy call prior to shipment.
 

Net 30:  With credit approval, your check is due 30 days from the dated invoice. Past due accounts are subject to interest an interest rate of 1.5% monthly. The customer agrees to pay all collection costs.

 
Shipping and Freight

 Pilgrim Imports, Inc. ships via UPS from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and charges you UPS rates. Contact your sales representative or customer service for delivery dates.

 
Returns

If you’ve received any damaged or inferior quality merchandise, you may return these items for replacement.

As stated on the invoice: please make all claims within one week of receipt of goods. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No cash refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable as well as any service fees. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.

Pilgrim Imports, Inc. does not charge any extra handling or shipping on replacements, nor do we accept any chargebacks, markdowns, or deductions from invoice. We do not credit for inbound or outbound shipping.
