Custom Process

1. Tell us your story! What is it that makes you different, whether that is a logo, your building, a founder, an event, a fundraiser, or a special theme.

 2. From your pictures, photos, and websites, our design team will present you with a variety of sketches. You choose the sketch you like best from the choices.

 



 


 3. From your chosen sketch, our designers will make specs for the metal piece. Then our artisans in Thailand will produce a sample metal piece for you to review. If the result is not satisfactory at this stage, we will modify it according to your feedback so that it is just the way you want it.

 

 


 4. With a correct sample, you can order a minimum of just 100 pieces of your custom item. The price for this order is the same as in our normal product line.

 

For all this we charge only a $50 set-up fee. We ask a 50% deposit at the time of the order and 50% at shipping.
Re-orders have no added fees.
